Privacy Policy
FIVE.FIT is run by Bosher Labs, and we’re committed to protecting your privacy. We collect as little as we can, use it only to improve the site and our products, and we never sell your information. Here’s what that means in plain language.
Learning what people like
When you try the product preview, we may anonymously count which configurations people explore. These counts go straight into overall totals. We don’t keep individual entries or link them to your IP address, cookies, device, or visit time. What you type or calculate in the preview, including engraving text, is never sent to Google Analytics. We keep these totals to ourselves and never try to identify anyone from them.
Understanding site traffic
We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. This includes things like how you got here (such as a link or campaign), which pages and sections you view and for how long, your browser and device type, your approximate location, and which buttons or FAQ items you use (like “Shop on Etsy”). It doesn’t include anything you enter in the preview.
We’ve turned off Google Signals and user-provided data collection, and we don’t upload customer lists. We may link Analytics with Google Ads to measure which ads and campaigns lead to site visits and Etsy clicks and to improve campaign performance. For that attribution, Google click identifiers and standard campaign tags may remain in the web address sent to Analytics. We remove other query information to avoid collecting personal details by accident. You can read how Google handles this data on its partner-sites privacy page.
Cookies and data retention
Google Analytics may set cookies that begin with _ga. Detailed analytics data is kept for 14 months, and summary reports may be kept longer.
Visitors in Europe, the UK, and Switzerland
If you’re in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google Analytics and anonymous demand counting are turned off. We check your country on our own server using MaxMind GeoLite data. If we can’t determine your country, analytics stays on. We don’t store your country or share it with Google.
Your requests
Because demand totals aren’t linked to any person, we can’t locate or remove an individual contribution. For anything else, including access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@five.fit.
Other services
Our website host processes standard technical information needed to run and protect the site. If you shop through Etsy, Etsy’s own privacy policy applies there. This site includes GeoLite data created by MaxMind.
